Attorney Nick Garcia is one of Georgia's most experienced trial lawyers, with over 25 years of courtroom experience. His trial resume includes cases regarding personal injury, business litigation, divorce and criminial matters. He is a regular speaker at The Georgia Insititute of Continuing Legal Education, speaking to lawyers regarding a wide variety of topics including Evidentiary Issues in Civil Cases, Diabetes in Workers Compensation Cases, and Defending Uninsured Employers. He performs countless hours of Pro Bono work and has served on the Board of Directors for Advo-Kids CASA. He is also a coach for high school mock trial teams and a judge for local students in mock trial competitions.
After graduating from Georgia State University College of Law, where he was selected as the Vice President for the Moot Court Board and selected to the school's premier appellate argument team, he practiced with law firms in Atlanta where he attained partnership 5 years after graduation. He opened the law firm of Garcia & Bradley, P.C. in 1999 and practiced there for over 15 years. In 2017 he opened the Garcia Law Firm, P.C. in Tyrone.
