Workers' Compensation

Attorney Nick Garcia began his career litigating workers' compensation cases for universities, telecommunications companies, manufacturers, insurance companies, grocery stores, and trucking companies. He has tried over 50 workers compensation cases across the state of Georgia. He has spoken at worker's compensation seminars and his case, Molden v. Southwire, 223 Ga. App. 389 (1996), is a reported case by the Georgia Court of Appeals. He represents injured workers, uninsured employers, and employers in disputes with insurance companies regarding retroactive assessments and fee disputes.
